Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24hrs in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late arrivals may results in a shortened appointment time or rescheduling. No shows may incur a fee or loss of deposit, as stated in our cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service to any individual for any reason permitted by law.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. All sales are final. Due to nature of medical aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds on services rendered. Prepaid packages and memberships are non-transferrable and non-refundable once the treatment has begun. Products many be exchanged within 7 business days, if unopened and unused.
